Are you using the Xencelabs Quick Keys or the Pen Tablet? How is the Xencelabs device connected to your Mac? Are you using a USB hub, and is it powered (it has a wall power) or passive (no wall power)?
If you turn your Xencelabs device Off and then back on. Does this help?
Using Quick Keys.
Issue persists:
After wake from sleep, I get the message "Please connect..." and the pad is unresponsive.
If I then re-install the Mac driver, the quick keys becomes responsive.
I've downgraded the drivers, used current driver, same issue. If it sleeps or turn off then back on I get the "Please connect the computer and install the driver" message - All buttons are unresponsive.
I then reinstall the driver and it works.
iMac Retina 2020
Ventura 13.0 (Same problem on previous OS version)
Please advise.
We have posted a new macOS beta driver. Please use the link below to download and install it.

Once it is installed, you will need to restart your Mac, and then let me know how this works for you. Thanks.
