That is an excellent tip and a way to have a fine adjustment on your Click Distance and Speed.
A word of caution for all users; Please know that making edits in your Windows Registry can be life-changing and not always in a good way. Please understand what you are doing before you go in and make edits to your Registry.
You can change the distance of the click before it registers as a move by editing the Windows Registry.
• Open the Registry: Start > Run > regedit
• Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse
• Change the values: DoubleClickHeight & DoubleClickWidth to something a little more relaxed.
I personally use a value of 16 px for both directions. I think the default is 4 px.
You can also change the DoubleClickSpeed there too, it's value is in milliseconds.
There is a Double-Click speed adjustment within Windows 10.
To access that in the Windows Search window > type Settings > Change your mouse settings > then select additional options.
You can adjust your Double-click speed from here.
Let me know if this helps.
