When installing the Xencelabs driver on a macOS, there have been instances where the Guided Setup and the Setting program will not open once the install is completed.
Interference caused by your Wi-Fi seeings on your Mac is the issue. This can be easily fixed by following the below instructions.
Turn off your Wi-Fi and then start your Settings program to fix this. Once you have done this, you can turn your Wi-Fi back on, and it will be good to move forward.
This is being addressed via a driver fix.
