When you see a small dot as your cursor on the screen, when you have your Pen Tablet connected, that is the default Microsoft pen cursor.

It is telling us that the Xencelabs driver is not running.  If you have the Xencelabs driver installed, you can type Xencelabs in the Windows search window and then select the Xencelabes application, and that should restart the Xencelabs service.

If that does not get you up and running, you may need to reinstall your Xencelabs driver.

You will first need to go to the Xencelabs driver page, download, and then over-install the existing driver.
