Your Quick Keys display may have been set to off. The instructions below will walk you through checking for that.
Please open the Settings panel: [1] Select the Quick Keys from the navigation column on the left. [2] Click on the Customize dropdown menu in the upper right. [3] Then select Screen Brightness, and make sure it is not set to Off. |  |
