importing config

app Quick keys

it would be nice to have the option to import/export a single app, not the full config

That is a feature we have.

In order to import or export a specific file preference you will need to have the Quick Keys, if you only have the Pen Tablet, then unfortunately at this time it is an all-or-nothing backup/import. The driver team has been asked to change this.

First, you will need to open the Setting pane.

[1] Once open, click on the Gear in the upper right-hand corner.

[2] Select Application-specific settings for the Quick Keys remote.

[3] From the dropdown menu, select the application you want to save the preference file for.

[4] Click OK

[5] You can give the file a unique name and add some notes if you would like.

[6] Once you click Export - you will be asked where you would like to save the file.

I save my full and application-specific backup to a folder called Xencelabs Preferences.

You can then attach this file to an email and send it to a friend that has the same application and version that you do.

This file is saved with a .rmcfg extension.

Thanks, it worked.

Just another request:

is it possible the app memorise the folder where you import/export your settings

That is a great ask. I'll pass it on to the driver team and have them look at that. Thanks -
