With the release of macOS Sonoma 14.4, the Hub interface seems to have been set up a bit differently in how USB devices work and are connected to the operating system. This also seems to be related specifically to MacBooks, but if you are using a Mac device other than a MacBook, the solution below will get you up and running.


You will need to do the following; 

 

Remove the currently installed Xencelabs driver. 

Use Go or Finder to navigate to the Application folder > open Xencelabs and select the uninstall Xencelabs application. 


Use the link below to download and install Xencelabs driver 1.3.2-62

Then restart your Mac. This is a must


Once your Mac has restarted, you will be up and running.
